Ab bench is a common instrument. You may not know how to use inline ab bench very well. So, what are the methods of ab bench workout? Let's have a look.

1. Sit ups

Put your hands on your ears, your head doesn't need to lean on ab bench machine, your feet are hooked to the horizontal bar, your body lies back on your back, and use your abdominal strength to sit up at 90 degrees.

Key points: move quickly when lifting, and don't bend at the juncture of knee hub; The body should be slow when falling down. It's best to pause for about 5-10 seconds when falling half way.

2. Abdominal curling

The feet can be placed on top of the foam cotton, 90 degrees above the ground, and then lie back on the body. The head does not need to lie on the precor ab bench. The hands are put in the ear, slowly rising, and tighten the abdomen and pause slightly, then slowly drop the body to the original position. When the back is attached to ab bench, you can move in the next cycle.

Key points: it's best not to leave the adjustable ab bench at the waist. When you get up, take in your abdomen and exhale, and when you go down, inhale.

3. Supine leg lift                          

Lie on your back on ab sit up bench, hold the upper cotton sleeve with both hands, and lift your legs straight up to perpendicular to your hips. Repeat the action. 

Key point: the process of raising and releasing legs should be as slow as possible. It's difficult to straighten your legs. You can bend your knees according to your ability. Don't touch ab crunch bench when putting your legs down.
